The company name and all its logotypes and other material and information that could be obtained from www.nam.cz are subject to copyrights or are otherwise part of NAM system, a.s. intellectual property. NAM system agrees that the cooperating parties can use NAM system logos in the following cases:

• NAM system logo can be placed on the website or on the official material of a subject cooperating with NAM system. It must be clear that the subject is an independent person. There must be no cause for speculations that the subject acts on behalf of NAM system.
• NAM system logo must be used in compliance with the graphical manual.
• NAM system logo must not be used on any marketing material, publication, prints or web presentation without a written knowledge of NAM system.
